Mindy Bills is the Office Manager of Merit Investment Bank and is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day office operations and procedures of the firm. She has experience in supporting the Executive team, maintaining financial records, managing vendors, and onboarding new hires. Mrs. Bills is a self-starter with an enthusiastic work ethic, she is dependable and enables the firm to function smoothly across our many office locations. She is a highly analytical team player with excellent multitasking abilities and a flexible approach to managing competing priorities.
Mrs. Bills earned a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Healthcare Administration from Ashford University. She leverages her extensive military background of training, planning, and operations to effectively and efficiently manage the office organization for the firm. Mrs. Bills’ strategic planning and operational experience are invaluable to Merit Investment Bank & Company in ensuring that the office is run efficiently and our transaction team has the support that they need.
