As a 4-Time Venture-Backed Founder / CEO in the tech industry, Mr. Ostrander built a career as a visionary with the ability to simplify complex problems and turn them into significant market opportunities. Todd has translated his broad range of skills in finance, procurement, strategic marketing and product strategy to identifying and creating new market opportunities with specific focus on go-to-market, intellectual property, and capitalization strategies.
With this background, Todd brings the ability to sit side-by-side with the C-Suite of client companies and clearly understand and articulate the path forward to help them achieve their goals. Collectively, Todd has raised nearly $100mm for his own companies and created in excess of $1bn in market value throughout his career. Technologies that Todd has been responsible for bringing to market are core to the software and infrastructure used to run today’s biggest companies.
As a result, Todd runs the Tech practice for Merit Investment Bank and co-leads the TMT practice for its global affiliate CDI Global.
In the midst of the current pandemic, Todd has been able to close multiple transactions worth in excess of $160M.
Todd is a committed husband and father of two grown men and a college-aged young woman. He loves to spend time with his wife of over 30 years and enjoys family skiing, boating, golfing, hiking, and traveling. Todd currently sits on the Board of Directors of Zxerex Corporation, Cellar Door Media and Lockr.io.
